Fees are not refunded. If a donation is refunded, only the donation amount is returned; the platform fee and fixed fee are kept.

All donations and sales processed through EZFundrazr are considered final once the payment has been successfully completed. Refunds are only available in specific cases such as duplicate transactions or processing errors. If a refund is required, please contact our support team at support@ezfundrazr.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Each fundraiser is managed by the respective school, team, or organization. EZFundrazr acts as the software provider and does not directly handle or issue refunds unless the issue relates to a payment processing error on our platform.
