The Miami Northwestern Alumni Association Inc. is proud to present the Inaugural Class of 2025 40 Under 40 Alumni Emerging Leaders Award, recognizing remarkable young leaders, all 40 years of age and under, who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and a strong commitment to community impact.

This distinguished award celebrates trailblazers who are setting the tone for what it means to lead with Pride, Tradition, and Excellence.

As part of their recognition, each honoree has committed to raising a minimum of $1,000 to support scholarships and student initiatives, helping empower the next generation of Bulls.

Supporting an honoree not only honors their accomplishment but also reinforces the lasting impact of "The West" and fortifies the future of our community. 

This is more than an award—it’s a celebration of legacy and leadership.
